Victorian Days in Grand Ledge has much to offer to the casual visitor and historical reenactor alike.  Of course, there are many special events and attractions to be found in the downtown area, but let's not forget that in Victorian times Grand Ledge was the second most popular destination in Michigan for another very good reason.  This popularity was due in large part to its unique and quite scenic geological wonder, the Ledges along the Grand River.  In the 1890s, Grand Ledge was even more frequented that Mackinac Island.  During your visit to Victorian Days, a stroll through the Ledges is a very Victorian thing to do!

Maps and information will be available at Maypole Park, in the heart of downtown.

Horse-drawn carriage - Sandy Southworth, violinists (2002) Carriage tours around town will be offered for a small fee.  This is a wonderful way to see the many beautifully restored Victorian homes throughout Grand Ledge.  Carriages receive passengers on W. River Street at the side of Ledge Craft Lane.

Parking is free of charge in several conveniently located areas around town.

Civil War encampments will be set up in Maypole Park.  Artisans and activities will be found located about the downtown area.
